Backpack Healthcare provides accessible mental health care to children, teens, and young adults , all through telehealth. What This Role Looks Like You'll carry a caseload of approximately 15-22 sessions per week , providing individual and family therapy through telehealth. Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00-9:00 PM) —when children and teens are actually available after school. Weekend availability is a plus. You build your schedule. We provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.

Your day-to-day will include:

Conducting intakes and developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Providing individual and family therapy through secure telehealth Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists Maintaining timely, accurate documentation in our EHR ‍‍ Supporting families through education, care coordination, and collaborative treatment Participating in clinical consultation and contributing to a culture of high-quality care Competitive Pay + Monthly Bonus Potential We want part-time clinicians to have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation while maintaining the flexibility they need.

Your Compensation:

$65/billable hour — LCSW or LPC, fully licensed $45/billable hour — Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Counseling, with supervision provided Monthly bonus potential — eligible clinicians can earn additional monthly incentive compensation based on applicable clinical and performance metrics
