The Role We are seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to provide high-quality clinical care to individuals, couples, or families (associates are welcome to apply). We are looking for clinicians who are licensed (LCMHC, LCMHCA, etc.) to practice North Carolina. Supervision for licensure is available to individuals who are accruing hours for licensure as a LCMHC (LCMHCA). Key Responsibilities. Provide evidence-based individual, couples, or family therapy to clients, maintaining a caseload of at least 15 sessions per week. Deliver care that respects and integrates Lanterna's holistic vision of the human person, honoring clients' psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and track client progress over time. Maintain accurate, timely, and ethically compliant clinical documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Participate in clinical case consultations, supervision (if applicable), and team meetings to ensure the highest standard of care. Qualifications & Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field. License to practice (associates are welcome to apply) in North Carolina.
Pay:
$60.00 - $100.00 per hour
