We provide specialized outpatient mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clinic was intentionally designed to feel safe, comfortable, and welcoming to both clients and staff. The space includes individual therapy offices, multiple fully equipped play therapy offices, and an observation and coaching room with a one-way window and integrated audio equipment. To help meet the growing need for mental health services in our community, we are seeking compassionate and collaborative clinicians to join our team. Available Positions We are currently seeking: Part-time clinicians interested in working primarily with children, adolescents, couples, and/or families. Part-time clinicians must be available to work two or three days per week and complete at least 12 client sessions per week. Full-time clinicians interested in working primarily with children, adolescents, couples, and/or families. Full-time clinicians may structure their clinical schedules across four or more days per week and are expected to complete at least 24 client sessions per week for licensed clinicians; up to 22 sessions per week for pre-licensed clinicians. Positions may be structured as in-person or hybrid , based on clinical needs, caseload composition, and office availability. Independently licensed clinicians may choose between a W-2 employee position with benefits or an independent-contractor arrangement. Prelicensed clinicians are offered W-2 employee positions with benefits and may receive individual and group supervision toward licensure. Compensation Milestone offers competitive, tiered commission compensation based on position, qualifications, and number of completed sessions or gross revenue collected: Independently licensed contractors: 65

• 75% commission Independently licensed W-2 employees: 55
• 62% commission Prelicensed W-2 employees: 45
• 55% commission Specific commission rates and productivity expectations are reviewed during the interview process.

Position Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

Providing outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments Developing and regularly updating individualized treatment plans Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinating care with other providers and professionals when clinically appropriate Maintaining professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice Participating in consultation and supervision, as applicable Managing an agreed-upon caseload and meeting position-specific productivity expectations Qualified applicants must: Hold a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling, counseling and psychological services, or another related mental health field Hold an independent clinical license in Minnesota, such as LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC, or be actively pursuing clinical licensure Be eligible to provide outpatient psychotherapy in Minnesota Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, communication, and documentation skills Be able to work independently while also participating as part of a collaborative team Have experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services or relevant clinical training Preferred Experience and Specializations We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience or advanced training in one or more of the following areas: Child, adolescent, or family therapy Couples therapy Play therapy Trauma treatment EMDR Brainspotting Accelerated Resolution Therapy Somatic interventions Early-childhood mental health and
