Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated associate or provisionally licensed therapist (CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT) to join our team. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and caseload size, with opportunities to build a long-term role in a supportive private practice setting. Ideal candidates are open to working with children, teens, adults, couples, or families. You'll have the opportunity to discuss your preferred population and clinical focus during the interview process. Duties Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (in-person and/or via telehealth) Conduct intake sessions and assist in developing treatment plans under supervision Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner using an EHR system Attend weekly supervision with a licensed clinician (provided at no cost) Participate in periodic team meetings, case consultations, or trainings Maintain ethical standards and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA-compliant) Provide crisis management support to clients experiencing acute distress. Employ various therapeutic modalities, including CBT and motivational interviewing, to facilitate client engagement and progress. Requirements Active Utah associate or provisional license (CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT) Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy Experience with or interest in working with diverse populations (children, adults, couples, families) Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working independently, while open to collaboration and feedback Willingness to learn and use an electronic health record (EHR) system Preferred but not required: Experience or interest in working with neurodiverse clients or trauma-informed care

Starting Pay:

Associate /

Provisional License:

$42 per clinical hour

Fully Licensed Clinician:
