Licensed Certified Social Worker Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, groups, and families to help them cope with mental health issues and improve their overall well-being. The successful candidate(s) will be eligible for a $1,000 recruitment bonus after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period.Duties:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions
- Lead group therapy sessions
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques including art therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Provide direct support to clients in crisis situations
- Work with special education populations, geriatric clients, and children
- Implement interventions for crisis situations
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:- Experience working with diverse populations including children and geriatrics
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to provide crisis intervention when necessary The Agape Way provides behavioral health services to the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
Pay:
$55.00- $75.
