Stay for the Balance. Let's be real. You didn't go into this field to become a productivity robot with a pulse. You're here because you care deeply and you want your work to actually mean something. At Storm Haven Counseling & Wellness , we're a Temecula-based private group practice redefining what it means to be a therapist. We blend evidence-based care with holistic wisdom, rebellious spirit, and radical authenticity. You may have felt a little "weird" in other settings. Too relational. Too reflective. Too interested in depth over speed. Here, that's often a strength. This is a haven for real humans doing good, grounded work—with space to grow, be weird, and still go home on time. Who We're Looking For We're especially excited to meet seasoned clinicians who have developed confidence in their clinical voice while remaining curious enough to keep growing. We believe the best therapists never stop learning. If you have training in somatic therapies , that's a bonus. We also welcome clinicians with experience in EMDR, IFS, ACT, DBT, EFT, Jungian or depth-oriented work, experiential therapies, and other relational or integrative approaches. We value therapists who understand that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Some moments call for insight, reflection, and meaning-making. Others begin with the nervous system. We appreciate clinicians who can thoughtfully integrate top-down approaches with bottom-up, somatically informed interventions, recognizing that different clients, and even different moments within the same session, call for different pathways to healing. You're the kind of therapist who: Holds space for grief and joy in the same breath. Thinks beyond the manual while respecting clinical rigor. Gets energized by nuance, connection, and co-regulation. Values ongoing learning and actively enjoys deepening your craft. Understands documentation as part of ethical practice and does it well. Shows up curious, steady, and compassionate. Believes authenticity, relationship, and clinical excellence can coexist. If you're values-aligned and vibe-matched, you might just belong here.
