Job Description

Mental Health Therapist / Associate (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Associate)
Starting Salary:
$105,000
Setting:
Hybrid (In-Office & Telehealth)
Schedule:
Flexible (25 direct client contact hours/week) We're expanding our team and looking for an authentic, engaging clinician to join our group practice. If you love direct clinical work, value genuine human connection, and want the freedom of private practice with the support of an established team, you'll fit right in. What the Role Looks Like You'll manage an outpatient caseload working with teens, adults, and geriatric clients, with clinical presentations that often include general mental health and co-occurring substance use. Because we empower our clients to direct their care, you will offer both in-person and telehealth sessions based on client preference.

Build Your Caseload:
While we provide referrals, we want someone comfortable networking, putting themselves out there, and actively marketing their strengths to maintain a thriving, full schedule.
Flexible Hours:
You set your schedule around what works best for your life—our core requirement is maintaining a minimum of 25 direct client contact hours per week . What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work. Fully licensed or registered associate working toward licensure in Oregon. Comfort and experience addressing substance use alongside general mental health concerns. An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset to help grow and sustain your caseload. What We Offer $105k starting salary with flexibility over your daily schedule. Free clinical supervision provided for registered associates working toward full licensure.
