Provide psychotherapy and skill-building strategies to adults and children. Conduct face-to-face and telehealth sessions based on client preferences. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term recovery. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and CARF standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.What We Look For Licensure:
Active NC associate license ( LCMHCA, LCSWA, or LCASA ). Open to recent grads!Education:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related clinical field.Mindset:
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and passionate about client stabilization.Skills:
Strong time management, detail-oriented, and excellent rapport-building skills.Pay:
