Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual treatment needs Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as behavioral therapy, trauma-specific interventions, and marriage & family therapy techniques Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and clinical best practices Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management and ensure continuity of care for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds Implement applied behavior analysis strategies and other therapeutic modalities tailored to children, youth, and families Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with medical terminology and behavioral health trends Skills Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques, including trauma-informed care, behavioral therapy, and child & family counseling Experience or familiarity with child & youth therapy approaches and treatment planning methods Proficiency in medical documentation practices adhering to HIPAA standards and confidentiality requirements Ability to perform patient care activities with compassion, patience, and cultural sensitivity Excellent assessment skills for diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning purposes Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles applicable to behavioral health interventions Effective communication skills for individual and group counseling sessions as well as couples therapy Familiarity with medical terminology, mental health counseling practices, and clinical documentation standards Join us in making a positive impact by providing compassionate mental health services while advancing your career in a vibrant, supportive environment.
