Seeking an applicant who has experience in working with the children (4-12) and and teens, particular interest in hiring a therapist either trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) in the pediatric population, or willing to undergo training. An applicant comfortable with parent coaching and family systems work is preferred. Anthology Counseling is a small group practice located in the heart of Sugar House. Qualifications:

Previous experience working with the pediatric (4 years to 12 years) population required. Ability to work as a team, strong and direct communication skills. Master's Degree in mental health counseling or social work Previous trainings or certifications in play therapy, family systems, trauma, ERP and attachment a plus LGBTQ ally, anti-racist Ability to work and problem solve independently Ability to complete documentation timely (clinical notes and treatment plans) Unrestricted license in Utah Trained (or willing to get trained) in neurodivergent affirming care for children/adolescents Evening and/or weekend availability required at a minimum of twice a week Ability to pass background screening Minimum of 22 client hours per week
