What You'll Do:
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to a diverse client population, including adolescents and young adults. Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, with strong skills in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and brief interventions. Deliver crisis intervention, mental health education, and consultation services as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards. Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated client care. Participate in clinical supervision and engage in ongoing professional development. Uphold all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict client confidentiality.
What You'll Bring:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program. Experience with CBT, play therapy, EMDR, and DBT are preferred. Active and unrestricted independent licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required. Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, with a focus on adolescents, young adults or similar population. Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, equitable, and youth-centered care. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Employment and Compensation Model:
You will be a 1099 independent contractor, earning a revenue split model based on your experience and licensure (i.e., 50-60% of collections earned). This allows for greater flexibility and higher take-home pay. We are open to other mutually feasible compensation models, including hybrid models (i.e. set hourly pay plus percentage of collections).
