Part-Time / Full-Time About Us Stretch & Recovery Room is San Diego's destination for assisted stretching and recovery. We specialize in one-on-one sessions that combine full-body assisted stretching, percussion therapy, and Normatec compression to improve flexibility, relieve tightness, and enhance overall wellness. Our mission is to help clients move better, feel better, and recover faster. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Stretch Coach to join our team. The Stretch Coach will work directly with clients to deliver assisted stretching sessions using our proven protocols. This role requires excellent communication, body mechanics knowledge, and a passion for helping others improve their health, posture, and performance. Key Responsibilities Guide clients through personalized assisted stretch sessions (30-45 minutes). Assess client needs and adapt stretches for flexibility, posture, and recovery goals. Deliver a professional experience that includes proper cueing, positioning, and safety. Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and recovery. Promote session packages, memberships, and add-on services.
Assist with clinic operations:
set-up, sanitation, client check-in, and equipment prep (e.g., Normatec, percussion tools). Maintain a clean and welcoming environment that reflects our brand standards. Qualifications Background in kinesiology, fitness, chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy, or related field preferred (training provided). Strong understanding of anatomy, flexibility, and movement mechanics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and coachable with a client-first mindset. Ability to perform physical work (bending, stretching, assisting clients). Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
