We help adults 50+ who feel intimidated by gyms get stronger, more confident, and out of pain in a small, safe, coach‑led environment. We're opening Location 2 in Norwalk (West Ave area). The systems, programming, and standards are already built; your job is to bring them to life in a new community. Intensity Outreach & Presale You'll:
Walk daily outreach routes in the Norwalk trade area (pharmacies, cafés, PT offices, community centers, etc.) Introduce Core Principles as a 50+ small‑group strength studio Build relationships and secure: Flyer/QR placements Staff trials and open‑house invites Help the
GM:
Follow up with warm leads Book intro calls and presale trial offers Track all activity (who/where/what/next step) This chapter is physically and socially active - lots of walking, talking, and logging. Phase 2 (Long‑term): Lead Coach & Face of Location 2 Once the doors are open and presale winds down, you'll transition into the ongoing Lead Coach chapter.
You'll:
Coach & Onboard Coach small‑group sessions (6:1) for adults 50+ using our model and programming Run most 1:1 onboarding sessions Make nervous, deconditioned adults feel safe and successful from day one Lead Standards & Support Other Coaches Conduct coaching audits using our "How to Run a Kick‑Ass Session" checklist Give clear, kind, specific feedback to the other coach(es) and help them improve Lead 1x/month 30‑minute professional development blocks (cueing, hospitality, session flow, communication) Own Member Care at Location 2 Run scheduled member check‑ins Proactively reach out to at‑risk members Help celebrate milestones and create "wow" moments Who You Are You see yourself as a coach first and a community builder second.
