Brown County Health Department Brown County Health Department is seeking an Local Health Officer This is a position with pay and benefits. Incumbent serves as IC 16-20-1-9.5Local health officer qualifications; training Sec. 9.5. (a) In order to serve as the local health officer, an individual must: (1) be a physician licensed under
IC 25-22.5 DUTIES
Incumbent serves as Health Officer for the Brown County Health Department, responsible for overseeing all functions of the department and performing duties according to Indiana Code. To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the position satisfactorily. The requirements listed in the job description are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
