About the role HealthFitness is looking for a Pickleball Instructor to join the fitness team at our new corporate client site located in St. Paul, Minnesota (MN). In this position you will demonstrate strong coaching and instructional skills, including the ability to teach fundamental pickleball skills, explain rules and scoring clearly, adapt to varying skill levels, and create a positive and engaging participant experience. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Pickleball instruction to members and guests. Minimum Requirements Pickleball instructor certification through PPR, IPTPA, PCI, RSPA, or an equivalent recognized organization Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. Minimum of two (2) years of Pickleball playing experience. Experience coaching beginner and intermediate pickleball players in individual and/or group settings. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. This is a commissioned position. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
