A First Aid Instructor provides instruction in first aid and life saving skills and procedures. Leads classes and hands-on practice with first aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and more advanced life saving techniques. Provides instruction to individuals, educators, medical and emergency medical professionals.

This position will be located in our Corporate and Community College Education Division. Applicants must be qualified by the American Heart Association to teach at a minimum Heartsaver and Healthcare Provider BLS courses. Minimum and Additional Requirements Current instructor credentials from the American Heart Association (AHA) to instruct AHA courses.
