Job Description

Job Overview Revive CPR LLC is seeking experienced and certified American Red Cross Instructors to deliver high-quality First Aid, CPR/AED, and Basic Life Support (BLS) training to individuals, workplaces, and healthcare providers. This role is ideal for professional instructors who are confident teaching independently and are equipped to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions. Key Responsibilities Deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and BLS courses Certify students in accordance with Red Cross standards Manage classes independently from setup through completion Provide a professional and engaging learning environment Travel to assigned training locations as needed Required Qualifications Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification (REQUIRED) Current American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor certification (REQUIRED)
Note:
Candidates without BLS Instructor certification may qualify for a fast-track bridge (reciprocity) at no cost prior to teaching Strong public speaking and presentation skills Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of students Reliable transportation Ability to lift 25-30 lbs Ability to teach and manage classes independently Equipment Requirements (Contract Role) Instructors must supply their own equipment, including: Adult and infant manikins (minimum quantities required) AED trainers BVMs, pocket masks/valves First aid training materials and consumables Schedule Weekend availability strongly preferred (Saturday and/or Sunday) Typical schedule: 2 days per month, up to 2 classes per day Weekday daytime availability is a plus Compensation & Benefits Flexible, part-time schedule Opportunity to work with a premier American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider Consistent class opportunities in a growing multi-state organization Hiring Process Initial interview conducted via Zoom Candidates must provide photos of equipment and training materials prior to onboarding.
Pay:
From $250.00 per day Application Question(s): It is required that you have the equipment and supplies according to Red Cross policies and procedures. You should have 4 adult manikins, 4 infant manikins, 4 AED trainers, pocket masks, and BVMs. For some locations, you might need multimedia equipment like a small TV or projector. You must also supply first aid consumables like gloves. You must possess a copy of the program instructor manuals. Revive CPR offers the blended learning version of the programs.
