2989952867-2 Apply for this job now Job Description American Family Care is seeking a Center Administrator to lead daily operations of a busy urgent care clinic. In this onsite role, you will oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient patient throughput and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing budgets and revenue cycle processes, monitoring quality and compliance standards, supporting clinical teams, and resolving patient concerns. You will partner with leadership to meet performance goals while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect, helping deliver high-quality, accessible care to the community. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and workflow of the urgent care center to ensure efficient patient throughput Supervise, schedule, and develop front office and non-clinical staff, promoting teamwork and accountability Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue cycle, and expense control Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and safety standards Partner with clinical leadership to support quality care, patient satisfaction, and performance goals Address and resolve patient service issues and escalations in a timely, professional manner Track and report key operational metrics and implement process improvements Coordinate occupational medicine and employer services as needed Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of center staff Promote AFC's culture of patient-centered care, respect, and clinical excellence.
