Overview Company is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and continue the development of our residential mental health program in Agoura Hills, California. Our company is a 24-hour residential treatment program providing an integrative, whole-person approach to mental health care. Our program is uniquely designed to address the relationship between emotional health, chronic stress, trauma, and physical health, with a particular focus on individuals living with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. We believe in bidirectional healing —recognizing that mental and emotional health can influence physical health and that physical health can significantly affect emotional well-being. Our program incorporates evidence-based psychotherapy alongside education and practices focused on stress reduction, sleep, movement, nutrition, circadian rhythm, and nervous-system regulation. We are looking for a Clinical Director who is excited to lead a growing program and who is open to learning about the connection between mental health, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, and whole-person wellness. Position Responsibilities The Clinical Director provides leadership and oversight of the clinical program while remaining actively involved in clinical care as needed.

Responsibilities include:

Provide leadership, supervision, and accountability for the clinical team. Oversee the overall quality and delivery of clinical services within the residential program. Provide individual therapy as needed based on program and client needs. Facilitate process and other therapeutic groups as needed. Provide EMDR therapy when clinically appropriate and within the clinician's training and scope of practice. Conduct or oversee clinical assessments and admissions assessments. Develop, review, and oversee individualized treatment plans. Review clinical documentation to ensure quality, consistency, and timely completion. Oversee and/or complete discharge planning and discharge summaries. Lead clinical treatment-team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers. Provide clinical consultation regarding higher-risk or complex client situations. Supervise licensed and pre-licensed clinicians as appropriate. Manage and support the development of the clinical team. Assist with the continued development and refinement of clinical programming, groups, policies, and treatment approaches. Support and/or oversee an internship or practicum program; previous experience developing or managing an internship program is highly desirable. Collaborate closely with executive and program leadership regarding program development, quality improvement, client experience, and clinical operations. Maintain compliance with applicable licensing, accreditation, ethical, and documentation requirements. Develop an understanding of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders and their relationship to stress, trauma, and mental health. Support our whole-person approach, including education surrounding bidirectional healing, nervous-system regulation, sleep, and the body's circadian rhythm. Schedule & Availability This is a full-time, on-site leadership position requiring availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM . Because we operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , the Clinical Director must also be willing and able to provide appropriate clinical availability outside regular business hours when necessary, including: Clinical consultation for urgent situations Admissions or clinical assessments when needed On-call clinical support related to client or program needs This position is best suited for someone who understands the responsibilities associated with clinical leadership in a 24-hour residential treatment environment.

Qualifications Required:

Current California clinical license in good standing (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, or other appropriately qualified behavioral health professional) Strong clinical background in mental health treatment Previous supervisory and clinical leadership experience Experience managing and developing a clinical team Strong understanding of treatment planning, clinical documentation, discharge planning, and case conceptualization Ability to provide individual and group psychotherapy Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, medical, operational, and executive leadership Comfortable working in a fast-paced residential treatment environment Genuine interest in learning about the relationship between mental health, chronic stress, trauma, autoimmune conditions, inflammation, and whole-person health

Highly Preferred:

Previous Clinical Director or comparable leadership experience Residential mental health treatment experience EMDR training/certification Experience supervising associates, interns, or practicum students Experience developing or managing an internship program Experience with program development and quality improvement Experience with accreditation and/or behavioral health regulatory standards About Our Company Our company was created around the understanding that mental and physical health cannot always be treated independently. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
