As Clinical Deputy Manager of Leonard Lodge care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You'll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important too, as is a successful trac Main duties of the job As a Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Leonard Lodge care home with Barchester Healthcare, you will support the General Manager in delivering quality care and will lead the team in their absence. You will have a Registered Nurse qualification with a current NMC registration and experience in handling different health needs. Your responsibilities include maintaining care standards, motivating and inspiring a multidisciplinary team, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
