Thiel International Security Services, Inc. is looking to hire Residential Security Agents for part time and full time positions in and around Beverly Hills, CA. Minimum Qualifications Valid California Guard Card Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit Valid First Aid / CPR / AED Requirements Must live in California Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the USA Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience working Residential Security with high-profile clientele on a residential property Must successfully complete a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state and local laws Must have experience with using Mac Computers, iPad, iPhone Must know how to send and receive emails and text messages Must know how to monitor simultaneously using various apps Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook email Must have experience using Camera Systems; Monitoring in live mode, know how to use the playback feature, know how to reboot the system when needed and possess related problem-solving skills Must have experience with using Beams Must have experience with Alarm Systems; arming, disarming, silencing, bypassing, etc. Must be able to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently Must be able to work in all-weather environments Must be physically fit Must be able to climb stairs, hills and ladders Occasionally lift or carry up to 50lbs Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills Must be confident when communicating with client/s, guests, staff, vendors, etc. Must be a good planner and possess initiative skills Must be proactive Must be a problem solver Must know how to multitask Must be very detail orientated Must be professional with exceptional customer service skills Must be polite, disciplined, positive and ethical Must be well-groomed, presentable and punctual Job Description, functions and responsibilities Below are "some" of the functions and responsibilities you are expected to perform on your shift Maintain a highly detailed Daily Log; logging and time-stamping all activity on the property Effectively follow the client's calendar to help you plan ahead for the day, this will help you know who and what to expect on property Maintain Incident Reports (Logging all incidents on property) Receiving and Proper Handling of all mail, packages, food deliveries, deliveries, etc. Communicating with the client/s all of the client's family, guests, staff and vendors movements on and off property Following property lock down procedures when clients are off property Arm and disarm the alarm system when necessary Monitoring the camera system Handling of Petty Cash; receiving, handing and balancing the petty cash ledger Enforcing all property rules Reduce all liability on property Ensure the overall safety and security of designated principals and their property Test fire hoses/extinguishers/waterdog as necessary Change smoke detector batteries as necessary Check First Aid Kits as necessary Check Earthquake Kits as necessary Check AED's as necessary References WILL be checked Job History WILL be checked You must be available to attend an in person interview
