This role offers the opportunity to work within a defined regional lane while benefiting from steady, consistent freight and weekly home time. As a dedicated driver, you will operate 53' reefer trailers on a predictable schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits $1,500 - $1,600+ per week $0.60 per mile $850 training pay for 4-6 week OTR training period (for drivers with under 6 months of experience) $10 stop pay Full benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off Job Details Dedicated refrigerated account operating 53' reefer trailers Running lanes include Jurupa Valley to Fresno, Jurupa Valley to Lathrop, and Fresno to Jurupa Valley Approximately 2,200 - 2,400 miles per week 70% drop and hook freight Weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset One-day orientation held in Lathrop, CA or Jurupa Valley, CA Drivers must be willing to work both day and night shifts as needed Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL New CDL graduates are welcome to apply Clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal records are reviewed by the safety department Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained employment gaps outside of school or training (maximum 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years) Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen Must reside within 50 miles of Lathrop, CA, Fresno, CA, or Jurupa Valley, CA
