Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Scheduling Coordinator to support healthcare operations through appointment scheduling, patient record management, and communication with contracted healthcare sites.
Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with contracted healthcare sites to obtain and update patient appointment information. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately and efficiently. Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and data integrity. Generate reports for management as needed. Update patient records and appointment details within Epic/HealthConnect. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely workflow completion. Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of patient scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
Required:
Experience using Epic EMR.
Preferred:
Experience with Epic HealthConnect. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Strong data entry, organizational, and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a high-volume healthcare environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
