Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Temporary Full-Time Clinical Supervisor to lead our behavioral health team in providing exceptional mental health and behavioral care. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment for diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment focused on client-centered care, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement. This position is a grant funded position. The pay scale is DOE. Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, virtual with 1 day per week in office. You will be seeing clients in our Fairfield office as well as our Richmond office located at 256 24th St. Contra Costa and Solano County Family Justice Centers provide services and information under one roof for survivors and families affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, and human trafficking. Our mental health department provides 1:1 therapy, clinical case management and mental health groups intended to support healing and recovery for communities impacted by violence.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group supervision to 3-4 associate clinicians Carry a small caseload of 8-10 therapy clients Perform mental health screeners, assessments and evaluations to formulate diagnostic impressions and treatment plans Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Counseling/Clinical Psychology/Social Work or related field BBS Registration as an LMFT/LPCC/ASW, PsyD or Phd required At least 2 years post licensure experience working with youth and adults Completion of required 15 units of supervision CEs Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Ability to navigate Google Workspace, electronic health records and online telehealth platforms Strong interest in working in trauma recovery

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual Tagalog/Spanish Live in or are familiar with the communities that the FJC Centers serve
