Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure as an SLP and active CCC from ASHA Experience delivering assessments and therapy to school-aged children Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with teachers, families, and educational teams Ability to develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and track student progress Excellent organizational skills and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Design and implement targeted therapy sessions in group or individual settings Prepare, maintain, and update intervention documentation and progress reports Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations Support students with a range of communication challenges, from articulation and language delays to social pragmatics Serve as a collaborative resource for teachers and staff to promote communication-rich environments Engage families in the therapy process to extend supports beyond the classroom This position offers the chance to connect with a vibrant school community and make a significant difference in students lives throughout the academic year.
