Entry I Salary:
$25.91 per hour for those with 0-12 months relevant experience.
Salary Range:
Up to $34.28 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and position level. This position will require to float between Evans, Greeley, Windsor, and Loveland.
Clinic Supervisor:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the dental and medical departments.
Position Summary:
With a Quality , Customer First , and Compassionate approach, The Clinic Supervisor will: Clinical Supervision & Leadership Supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership to both dental and medical clinical teams, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to protocols. Ensure that all clinical staff in both departments maintain necessary certifications (e.g., CPR, radiology, infection control). Foster a professional and patient-centered environment by leading by example. Support clinical teams in problem-solving and resolving patient care concerns efficiently. Training & Development Provide training for new hires across both dental and medical teams, ensuring understanding of clinic procedures, safety protocols, and patient care expectations. Conduct regular in-service training and ensure continuous education to keep staff updated on best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements. Support team building and professional development initiatives for staff across both departments. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure that both dental and medical staff follow established infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures. Oversee adherence to clinic policies, and state/federal regulations (including OSHA, HIPAA, and patient privacy). Perform routine audits of clinical records and practices for compliance. Work closely with the Clinic Manager and other leadership to resolve clinical or operational issues as needed. Patient Care Coordination Oversee and ensure that both medical and dental patients receive timely, efficient, and compassionate care. Support scheduling and patient flow, ensuring that patient needs are appropriately addressed in both departments. Provide patient education on health practices, treatment options, and preventive care. Operational Support & Resource Management Maintain appropriate inventory levels for both medical and dental supplies and equipment. Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operational workflows, addressing any scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks. Ensure that both departments are organized, clean, and operate in a safe environment. Team Collaboration & Communication Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication among medical and dental providers, clinic staff, and management. Attend regular meetings with both teams to discuss patient care, clinic operations, and improvements. Serve as a liaison between both clinical teams and upper management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Certified Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in either the medical or dental field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Current CPR certification required for both dental and medical departments. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
