The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through treatment completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans and appointments. Coordinate with dental and medical staff to ensure accurate documentation and effective communication of patient needs. Review patient documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with health information management standards. Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients as needed. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with patients, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information regarding treatments. Requirements Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficient in using phone systems and computerized documentation tools. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation thoroughly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
