We are committed to thoughtful, high-quality care within a professional and supportive environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable Behavioral Health Practice Coordinator to support daily practice operations and manage multiple administrative priorities. This is an immediate opening. We will give priority consideration to qualified candidates available to begin promptly. Key Responsibilities Respond to prospective and current client calls and inquiries Complete initial client screenings and coordinate scheduling Verify insurance benefits and support billing workflows Assist with clinician credentialing and payer-related administrative tasks Maintain accurate client and practice information within the EHR Coordinate referrals and communication with community providers Support clinician scheduling and daily practice operations Assist with established referral outreach and practice-marketing activities Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential information Track administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-through Qualifications Healthcare or behavioral health administrative experience strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant postsecondary education preferred. Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, billing, or credentialing preferred Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Strong professional written and verbal communication Comfortable learning and using EHR, scheduling, and digital systems Dependable, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities Reliable ability to work onsite in Woodbridge during scheduled hours What We Offer $23-$25 per hour, based on relevant experience Approximately 28 hours per week Consistent weekday schedule Professional and collaborative work environment Opportunity to play an important role in the operations and continued growth of the practice We are seeking to fill this position promptly.
