Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager Physical Therapist to lead our busy outpatient clinic in the Hunters Creek/Orlando area. In this full-time role, you'll balance hands-on patient care with leadership of a multidisciplinary team. Provide evaluations and evidence-based treatments, mentor staff, manage schedules and operations, and ensure regulatory and documentation compliance. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and referral sources, support quality improvement and growth initiatives, and thrive in CORA's patient-first, collaborative culture committed to clinical excellence and professional development. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the outpatient physical therapy clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care. Provide direct patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff to uphold CORA's standards of clinical excellence. Monitor clinic performance metrics, productivity, and quality outcomes; implement process improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements in a healthcare outpatient setting. Collaborate with physicians, payers, and community partners to coordinate care and grow referral relationships. Manage clinic scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize patient access and satisfaction. Support continuing education, training, and professional development initiatives within the clinic team.
