Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on physical therapy to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes using
EMR. CORA

Responsibilities Evaluate patients' functional status and movement impairments using standardized assessments Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic activities Educate patients and families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in EMR accurately and timely Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals Supervise PTAs and support staff in accordance with state practice act Participate in quality improvement, clinical education, and mentorship activities Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-centered clinic culture Required Skills Orthopedic physical therapy Outpatient musculoskeletal assessment Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Neuromuscular re-education Gait and balance training Pain management modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound) Post-surgical rehabilitation Patient and family education Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation
