Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Check patients in and out for appointments. Notify therapists when patients arrive. Escort or direct children and families to the appropriate therapy room. Schedule and confirm appointments. Verify demographic and insurance information when needed. Collect required forms and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Coordinate with therapists and administrative staff regarding patient arrivals and schedule changes. Respond to general questions from families. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual English and Spanish required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a pediatric therapy, medical, or healthcare office. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR). Experience scheduling patient appointments.
Required Availability:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 7:00
PM Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
