Job Description
Night Shift Hospitality Supervisor Lead the team. Set the standard. Finish every day with excellence. We're looking for an experienced, dependable leader who thrives during evening operations and enjoys developing people while delivering exceptional hospitality. Our Evening Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading the restaurant through our busiest hours, coaching team members, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a remarkable experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, creating structure in a fast-paced environment, and helping young team members grow both personally and professionally. Schedule Primarily evening shifts (approximately 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Five shifts per week Saturday availability is required Flexible scheduling and reasonable time-off requests What You'll Do Lead the restaurant through the evening shift with confidence and urgency. Coach and develop team members in real time while maintaining a positive, encouraging culture. Build relationships with a predominantly high-school-aged team while setting clear expectations and holding them accountable. Ensure exceptional hospitality is delivered to every guest. Execute strong food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Direct labor deployment and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Manage shift execution, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure. Complete nightly closing procedures and prepare the restaurant for the following day. Communicate effectively with fellow leaders to ensure consistency between shifts.
