full-time Project Manager - Healthcare Construction Award-winning General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead specialized healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing surgery centers, medical office, or healthcare renovations projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule excellence
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects including budget, schedule, and subcontractor management Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and regulatory requirements are achieved. Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, and other healthcare-specific codes and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare project Proven success managing occupied facility renovations, hospital expansions, or medical office buildout Experience delivering projects ranging from $1M-$15M If this sounds like you - please apply or send your resume & project list to celia@sl-recurit.com
