Position Overview Coral Oaks is seeking an experienced, energetic Director of Hospitality to lead the Club's food and beverage, member events, social programming, and overall hospitality experience. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building relationships with members, developing great teams, and creating a polished, welcoming Club environment. The Director will also directly oversee the opening and ongoing operation of Coral Oaks' new outdoor Bar & Grill, currently under construction and scheduled for completion by January 1, 2027. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Club's restaurant, cafe, bar, outdoor Bar & Grill, and overall food and beverage service.
- Maintain exceptional standards for hospitality, cleanliness, presentation, and member service.
- Build strong relationships with members and respond quickly to feedback and service concerns.
- Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop hospitality employees.
- Partner closely with culinary leadership on menus, service standards, quality, and consistency.
- Direct and oversee Club social events and member experiences, including pizza parties, wine tastings, themed dinners, holiday events, family gatherings, and other special events.
- Develop new event concepts and programming that increase member participation and strengthen the Club community.
- Oversee hospitality budgets, labor, purchasing, inventory, food and beverage costs, and operating performance.
- Work collaboratively with racquet sports, fitness, facilities, and Club leadership.
- Directly oversee the launch of the new outdoor Bar & Grill, including staffing, service standards, operating procedures, menu direction, hours, and the overall member experience.
- Maintain a visible presence during busy dining periods, events, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications
- 5+ years of hospitality leadership experience, preferably in a private club, luxury hotel/resort, country club, or upscale restaurant.
- Strong food and beverage operational experience.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate service teams.
- Experience planning and executing social events and member programming.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Private club experience and knowledge of the South Florida hospitality market are preferred.

Pay:
$115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
