- Ensuring all new patient paperwork, office forms and patient information is filled out properly and entered into our software.
- Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments. Following up on surgery patients with a post-operative call, Basic Treatment Planning.
- Other office duties including document filing, scanning, and faxing.
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
- Organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
- An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow.
- Computer literacy is required.
