We are currently seeking a part-time to full time, long term, crossed trained and motivated Front Desk/Clinical Team member with dental assisting clinical experience. Applicant must be professional, energetic, dependable, self-motivated and a multitasker with excellent communication skills. A team player committed to high quality care. Ideal candidate will be a quick learner who welcomes challenges and is able to learn and retain a great deal of information on a daily basis. Person must have initiative, be a self-starter, be warm and welcoming. Duties include but are not limited to interacting with patient, referral offices and team members. The work environment is a fast-paced environment where each employee has been carefully selected to be part of our team. Front Desk Responsibilities are as follows, greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones.
  • Ensuring all new patient paperwork, office forms and patient information is filled out properly and entered into our software.
  • Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments. Following up on surgery patients with a post-operative call, Basic Treatment Planning.
  • Other office duties including document filing, scanning, and faxing.
  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
  • Organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
  • An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow.
  • Computer literacy is required.
Dental Clinical Experience with Dental Assisting Certification is required to assist doctor in surgical procedures. Candidate must have excellent communication with patient's, referral offices, Management, and Doctor. Salary based on experience.
