We're looking for an organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. This is much more than answering phones. You'll become the hub of our practice, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey while supporting our providers and ensuring our office runs smoothly every day. What You'll Do- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and coordinate patient communications
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate demographic and insurance information
- Process referrals and provider communications
- Prepare patient charts and medical documentation
- Scan and organize medical records
- Coordinate laboratory orders and incoming results
- Communicate with pharmacies, laboratories, and healthcare partners
- Assist providers with prescription processing
- Perform patient intakes and room patients when needed
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and daily administrative operations
- Help create an outstanding patient experience from beginning to end What We're Looking For

- Previous medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
