Clinic Manager / Lead Physical Therapist (PT) Care Strategies Greenwood, IN $100,000 - $125,000 annually Full-Time | Direct Hire Lead. Treat. Build Something Great. Care Strategies is seeking an experienced, motivated Clinic Manager / Lead Physical Therapist to lead our brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Greenwood, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys treating patients while also leading a team and helping shape the culture, operations, and growth of a new clinic. You'll continue to provide excellent patient care while partnering with leadership to ensure the clinic operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional patient experience. ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Maintain approximately 75% of a full-time therapist caseload while balancing leadership responsibilities. Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee patient progress. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Clinic Operations Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow. Manage therapist scheduling and patient scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient access. Ensure scheduling complies with payer-specific requirements and authorization guidelines. Oversee front office operations, including insurance verification, authorization tracking, and accurate co-pay collection. Monitor clinic productivity, patient satisfaction, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, payer regulations, and documentation standards. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and support clinic staff. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Address operational issues proactively while promoting accountability and teamwork. Business Development Build relationships with physician offices and referral sources. Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to help grow the practice. Promote exceptional customer service and patient experiences that encourage referrals and retention. Qualifications Active Indiana Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligible). Minimum of 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of outpatient therapy operations, documentation, and payer guidelines. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Passion for delivering outstanding patient care while helping build and grow a successful outpatient practice.
