Job Description

Clay County Medical Center is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated TMS Coordinator / Medical Assistant to support our behavioral health program and help provide BrainsWay Deep TMS treatment for patients with depression. This role combines direct patient care, treatment coordination, documentation, prior authorization support, and community outreach. This is a 40 hour per week position, working Monday-Friday during clinic hours.
Responsibilities include:
Educate, prescreen, and support patients throughout TMS treatment. Administer treatments and follow established protocols. Coordinate scheduling, documentation, progress updates, and prior authorizations. Communicate with providers, patients, and community partners to support program growth.
Preferred qualifications:
Medical Assistant or related clinical certification preferred. Experience in patient care, behavioral health, medical office support, or prior authorizations helpful. Strong communication, organization, customer service, and computer skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, CPR, and EHR systems preferred.
