Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Full-Time Med Surg 7:00 AM-7:00 PM | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team in a full-time position. This position works the 7:00 AM-7:00 PM day shift , consisting of three (3) 12-hour shifts per week , with a rotation of weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate patient care while supporting nursing and clinical staff in both departments. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care on the Med Surg unit and in the Emergency Department during assigned shifts. Assist nursing and clinical staff with patient care and daily unit needs. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Follow all hospital safety, clinical, and operational policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team. Perform other CNA duties as assigned. Requirements Current Kansas CNA certification in good standing and eligible to work as a CNA in the state of Kansas. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong teamwork skills and a patient-centered mindset. Dependable and able to work a full-time schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. Ability and willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays. Hospital experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate .
