The Opportunity The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR leader for the Clay Center, KS manufacturing facility, providing strategic leadership while managing the day-to-day execution of all human resources functions. This role partners closely with the General Manager and Clay Center Leadership Team to drive business results through effective talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development. As the onsite HR leader, the HR Manager provides both strategic guidance and hands-on support across all areas of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave administration, compliance, payroll support, and HR administration. This role is responsible for creating a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The Team Reporting directly to the North America Manufacturing HR Lead, the HR Manager serves as the primary HR resource for the Clay Center manufacturing facility and is an active member of the Clay Center Leadership Team.
