Your primary responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and effective communication skills
Key Duties:
