Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PM Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This is a full-time position ideal for culinary professionals with a strong background in line cooking, grill work, and kitchen operations. The right candidate will demonstrate consistency, efficiency, and a team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality line cooking during evening service Set up and break down your station efficiently and thoroughly Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Complete daily prep and production tasks based on the chef's production list Assist in private dining preparation and service Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen Proficiency in line cooking, grill station operation, and knife skills Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and multitask under pressure Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team A positive attitude and commitment to excellence are a must Culinary degree or certificate is a plus, but not required
