Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our behavioral health and mental health services. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure adherence to best practices and professional development. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. Manage clinical operations including intake assessments, case management, and crisis intervention to ensure timely and effective patient care. Lead clinical team meetings, facilitate case consultations, and promote a culture of continuous improvement in mental health and behavioral health services. Collaborate with families, schools, community agencies, and medical providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients with diverse needs. Requirements Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling or relted mental health field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and families in mental health or behavioral health settings. Extensive knowledge of clinical interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), social work practices, crisis management, trauma-informed care (PTSD), and addiction counseling. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or management experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, ICD coding standards (ICD-9/10), CPT coding procedures, and medical records management. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Excellent communication skills for client engagement, family collaboration, and interdisciplinary team coordination. Experience working in hospital or community-based settings preferred; additional experience in pediatrics or special education is advantageous.
