  • Full-time Southeastern Psychiatric Associates is looking to hire a coordinator to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
Prior experience with
TMS, TMS
certification or mental health care experience is certainly a plus, but not a requirement; we can train you. We are a group mental health practice located in Randolph Massachusetts. SEPA is a leader in the field and was the first practice in South Shore to provide TMS. We use the Magstim device.
Job Responsibilities:
  • taking phone calls from prospective patients
  • gathering clinical information
  • contacting the prospective patient's treatment team and entering their data
  • scheduling the treatments
  • administering the TMS treatments
  • brief medical recordkeeping after each patient visit
  • administering a brief clinical questionnaire weekly
  • interfacing with our marketing team
  • entering data into a spreadsheet The job affords some time to have direct patient contact as you are sitting with the patient for about 15 minutes during each treatment.
As this is not a clinical position, you would not be delivering any psychotherapy, but our patients always appreciate a friendly interaction with the coordinator. If there is down time you would also come downstairs to join the front office staff and provide some support for them. This is a great opportunity for someone to be part of a supportive team, and to provide a meaningful and rewarding service for some people who are truly in need.
Pay:
$23.00
