Job Description The Project Manager | Hospitality and Commercial Renovations Manage multiple construction projects concurrently with values up to $5M Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines while identifying and mitigating potential risks Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Review contract documents, specifications, and construction drawings Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Support business objectives by maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service Travel to project sites nationwide as needed to oversee progress and resolve project challenges MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
