We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Treatment Plan Coordinator to lead our patient consultation and case acceptance process. If you are a natural closer who thrives in high-ticket consultative sales—whether from elective medical/dental, luxury retail, automotive, or hospitality—we want to speak with you. No prior dental experience required if you have elite sales drive and coachability.
What You'll Do Close High-Value Care Plans:
Present comprehensive treatment plans , immediately following clinical consults and secure treatment commitments.
Financial Counseling:
Guide patients through payment options, third-party financing (CareCredit, Proceed Finance), and insurance estimates to make care accessible.
Pipeline Management:
Proactively follow up with pending treatment leads to maintain consistently high conversion rates. Responsibilities Assist patients in understanding their treatment options by explaining procedures, costs, and financing plans clearly and enthusiastically Coordinate with dental providers to develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that meet patient needs Manage patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Patient Management Software to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and financial consultations efficiently using medical administrative support tools Maintain strict adherence to health regulation policies and confidentiality standards to protect patient information at all times Provide excellent customer service through phone communication and client interaction, addressing questions promptly and professionally Requirements 2+ years of successful consultative sales or closing experience (required). Proven track record of closing high-ticket products or services. Strong financial fluency and comfort discussing multi-thousand-dollar investments. Exceptional communication skills and polished professional presence. Experience with medical/dental sales or OMS software is a plus, but sales ability is priority #1. individuals eager to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through organized support and compassionate communication. Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
