Head to Toe Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, this person plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner Answering and managing phone calls Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Assisting patients with registration and intake paperwork Communicating with patients, therapists, physicians' offices, and insurance companies as needed Verifying insurance information and acquiring authorizations when necessary Collecting copays and processing payments Maintaining accurate patient records and schedules Helping ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently Providing outstanding customer service to every patient

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Friendly, compassionate, and professional Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment An excellent communicator, both in person and on the phone Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Previous experience in a medical office, physical therapy practice, customer service, scheduling, or insurance verification is preferred, but not required.
