at Prime Healthcare in LEWISTON, Maine, United States Job Description Overview Central Maine Healthcare ( CMH ), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. The system includes Central Maine Medical Center ( CMMC ) in Lewiston, a 250-bed, not-for-profit regional referral hospital that is home to the region's only Cancer Care Center, an orthopedic ambulatory surgery center, and the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute. CMMC also serves as the central Maine base for LifeFlight of Maine, the state's only medical helicopter service. CMH also includes Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital, two 25-bed critical access hospitals that provide essential care to Maine's rural communities. Responsibilities The Supervisor is responsible for the overall programs management, operations, clinical coordination and supervision of full-time clinicians and trainees when appropriate, providing support and direction to the clinical and clerical staff regarding behavioral health workflows and scheduling needs, managing the referral queue, and being a primary point of contact for other system departments. The Behavioral Health Supervisor spends 50% of their time providing clinical services to the patient population of Family Medicine Residency to include individual and group psychotherapy and substance abuse treatment. Qualifications
EDUCATION , EXPERIENCE , TRAINING 1.
Master's degree in a health care field eligible for licensing. 2. Current licensure as an LCSW , Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCPC , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT ) 3. Completed a minimum of sixty (60) hours of alcohol and drug education within the last five (5) years or, within a maximum of five (5) years of initiating service delivery for OHH services, has completed sixty (60) hours of alcohol and drug education 4. State licensure as an LADC , Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, preferred. 5. Five years' experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment setting, preferred. 6. Two years' experience supervising in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting, preferred. #LI-TA1 Pay Transparency Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $68,640.00 to $85,820.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
