at Prime Healthcare in LEWISTON, Maine, United States Job Description Overview Central Maine Healthcare ( CMH ), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Responsibilities The Supervisor is responsible for the overall programs management, operations, clinical coordination and supervision of full-time clinicians and trainees when appropriate, providing support and direction to the clinical and clerical staff regarding behavioral health workflows and scheduling needs, managing the referral queue, and being a primary point of contact for other system departments. The Behavioral Health Supervisor spends 50% of their time providing clinical services to the patient population of Family Medicine Residency to include individual and group psychotherapy and substance abuse treatment.
