Job Description
The Associate Clinical Director (ACD) provides clinical and operational leadership for Autism services at an assigned Hope Network Center. This role leads the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while creating a safe, supportive, and effective environment for the individuals and families we serve. Working closely with Center and organizational leadership, the ACD helps drive clinical excellence, program quality, team performance, and operational success while ensuring treatment practices are implemented consistently and with fidelity to evidence-based standards.
