Medical Case Coordinator Imperial Animal Hospital Are you an experienced veterinary technician who loves being one step ahead? Imperial Animal Hospital is looking for a Medical Case Coordinator to help our doctors, technicians, and clients navigate more complex medical cases.

What You'll Do:

Review medical records before appointments and identify important history, medications, lab trends, and concerns. Prepare the DVM with a quick summary of the patient's history, current concerns, client expectations, and approved diagnostics. Identify client barriers such as medication difficulties, budget concerns, or confusion about treatment. Provide hands-on technical support , including blood draws, IV catheter placement, cystocentesis, cytology, radiographs, and treatment/sedation setup. Triage callbacks and client communications , including routine lab results, photos, and videos for DVM review. Coordinate complex cases such as urgent work-ins, drop-offs, and procedures. Support reception by helping determine appropriate appointment types and identifying patients who may need additional time. Keep medical records and alerts accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For:

RVT/LVT/CVT OR

4+ years of strong veterinary technician experience. Excellent clinical judgment and technical skills. Comfortable with veterinary medications, lab work, cytology, radiographs, and triage. Strong communication and client service skills. Comfortable working in Cornerstone and electronic medical records. Organized, dependable, and able to anticipate what the team needs next.
